Considering modular panels for home renovation
Hello everyone, I am working on a small home-office renovation inside my house and thinking to use modular wall panels instead of traditional drywall. The old structure has many uneven walls, so I believe modular panels can save time and make finishing easier. I want to know if anyone here already used prefabricated panels for residential renovation and how was your experience. I am also trying to understand if it really helps to reduce cost compared to normal wall framing. Since I am involved in Construction Takeoff services and other home improvement projects, I also want to build some practical understanding of which material gives better long-term results for insulation and strength. You can also check my work at https://tylerestimating.com where I share about estimation and takeoff solutions. If someone has done similar work, please share your ideas or any advice for choosing good material or supplier.
