A better cold outreach idea than "Hey, we can improve your SEO."
Most agency outreach gets deleted because it opens with a pitch. This flips it: instead of asking for a meeting, you hand the prospect a problem they didn't know they had.
Pick a company you want as a client. Drop their category into Ranko and look at the questions buyers are asking AI. If their competitors keep getting recommended and they don't, that's your opening.
Don't email "want a free audit?" Email: "We found five buyer questions where your competitors are being recommended and you're almost invisible. Want to see them?"
Now you're not pitching. You're creating demand before the sales call even starts.
