If you want to look good for photos, then just go for something that looks good and you don't need to be too demanding about performance.
If you have been skiing for a few years, then you can consider skiwear that is over a thousand dollars, with higher performance requirements, such as waterproof 10000+. If you are on a tight budget, you should give priority to performance, and if it's ugly, it's ugly; if you have a big budget, you can consider performance + value.
