1. Cauliflower Gnocchi

Ingredients 

  • Olive oil
  • Minced Garlic
  • Tomato puree

  • Boiled cauliflower (cut into small pieces)

  1. In a food processor, add boiled cauliflower, gluten-free flour, and salt. Blend it until you get a gooey consistency. 
  2. With the help of the mixture, form a cauliflower dough with some more gluten-free flour. 
  3. Once the dough is ready, start making your gnocchi with a fork. 
  4. Boil these homemade gnocchi until they start floating above the water. 
  5. For the sauce, in a pan, heat some olive oil, then add in your garlic and tomato puree. 
  6. Saute until the tomato puree is cooked properly.
  7. Next, add oregano, chili flakes, and ketchup to this sauce. 
  8. Give everything a good mix, and then put your boiled gnocchi into this sauce. 
  9. Serve cauliflower gnocchi hot with some fresh basil as garnish. 

2. Low Carb Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients 

  • Boiled whole-wheat Fettuccine pasta 
  • Olive oil 
  • Minced Garlic
  • Cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
  • Fresh basil
  • Shrimp
  • Oregano 
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grated parmesan

  1. To begin this recipe, first, heat some olive oil and then add your minced garlic, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil to the pan. 
  2. Saute everything for 2-3 minutes. Then add shrimp, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to the pan. 
  3. Once the shrimp is cooked thoroughly, add the boiled pasta and give everything a final mix. 
  4. Garnish your Low-Carb Shrimp Pasta with some grated parmesan on the top. 

3. Low Carb Feta Pasta

Rich in nutrients but low in carbs, you need to try this feta pasta recipe at home. Spaghetti squash is surely the perfect example of some yummy low carb pasta noodles, and here is all you need to know about it. 

Ingredients 

  • 1 spaghetti squash, cleaned and cut into halves 
  • 1 block of feta cheese 
  • Cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
  • Minced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive oil to drizzle

  1. For this recipe, you just need to fill the center of the squash with some feta cheese, minced garlic, and cherry tomatoes. For the other half of the squash, repeat this step and fill it with the same ingredients. 
  2. Sprinkle chili flakes, salt, and pepper on top of the squash. 
  3. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 400°F and then bake the prepared squash for 45–50 minutes. 
  4. Once it looks ready, drizzle some olive oil and dig in with your fork into this delicious low-carb feta pasta.
