Legendary and Rare Items
One of the significant changes in Season 4 is the reduction in the number of Diablo 4 Items affixes on Legendary and Rare items. Here’s how it breaks down:

Rare items: Now come with 2 affixes.
This reduction is designed to emphasize quality over quantity, ensuring each affix is more meaningful and impactful. Over time, you can add more affixes through the new Tempering crafting system and further enhance them using the Masterworking system.

Affix Pools
The affix pools have been streamlined to include fewer but more relevant and potent affixes. This change aims to make each piece of gear feel more valuable and significant to your build.

World Tier 3: Only drops Sacred items.
World Tier 4: Only drops Ancestral items.
For high-level players, Legendary items dropped from monsters level 95 and above will always have a 925 item power, ensuring the best possible stats for endgame content.

Gems
