   2.Sodium silicate Wet production
   Wet production refers to the reaction of quartz sand with NaOH solution to obtain sodium solution containing silicic acid, and then through the steps of concentration, crystallization, dehydration, or acidification to obtain sodium silicate products. Specific steps are as follows:
   1. Mix quartz sand with NaOH solution to react.
   2. a sodium solution containing silicic acid is obtained after the reaction solution is filtered.
   3. Concentrate the sodium solution to remove the water in it.
   4. Put the concentrated solution into the crystallizer for crystallization.
   5. Dehydrating or acidifying the crystallized crystals to obtain sodium silicate products.
   The advantages of wet sodium silicate production are low energy consumption, recyclable by-product Na2CO3, and less environmental impact. However, the disadvantage of wet production is that the process is complicated, a large amount of water and chemical reagents are required, and more wastewater and waste acid are generated, which requires special treatment facilities
