Matthew brings an impressive reputation for driving transformation in a collaborative way, especially within member organisations to his new role at the FCA. He has more than 20 years of experience working in senior leadership roles across private, not-for-profit and public sector organisations across multiple sectors including sustainability, medical services, animal welfare, and childcare. Matthew is a Fellow of both the Governance Institute and the Australian Institute of Management, holds an MBA and recently completed executive studies with Saiid Business School at the University of Oxford on business disruption and digital transformation.
