Most from the top-tier pieces don’t have Cannot Be Frozen. Until you obtain a Raven Frost, you may want to wear a Death’s Guard or perhaps a Rhyme, lower-quality items which can be substituted for far better alternatives if you're able to find a Raven Frost.

2. Mara’s Kaleidoscope

Casters would rather 2 Stones of Jordan but could easily be pleased with Bul-Kathos' Wedding Band within their place, because the two rings offer a similar experience in power. The major reason the Stone of Jordan has got the higher rank about this list is due to the far lower Level Requirement.
