Hajj is a religious duty for all Muslim men and women who have reached puberty and have enough money. Hajj is required once in a person's life if they are healthy and have enough money. Hajj means "continuously going to a holy place," and in Islamic terms, it refers to worshipping Allah in the month of Hijri. Allah SWT makes pilgrimage to his holy house a requirement because it is the most important part of Islam's faith. Even if a person has enough money and good health, he or she can't have Emaan if they don't do Hajj. Hajj can be not affordable for Some people, but they can afford the Umrah Packages From Birmingham, which are quite cheaper as compare to the Hajj. In Holy Quran Allah SWT said:

“And pilgrimage (Makkah for Hajj) to the House is compulsory upon men for the sake of Allah, (upon) everyone who is capable to commence the journey to it; and whoever distrusts, surely Allah is Self-sufficient, above any prerequisite of the worlds”. (3:97).

The holy saying makes it clear how important it is to go to the house of God during Hajj. Jannah is the only reward for going on the Hajj. Allah's Messenger said:

"(The act of) Umrah makes up for the sins that have been done" (between it and the previous one). And the only reward for Hajj Mabrur, which Allah accepts, is Paradise."

Imam Sadiq AS said that Prophet Muhammad SAWW said:

"A Jew or a Christian dies if he or she hasn't done the required pilgrimage and it wasn't because they were too poor, sick, or old." It means that if a Muslim doesn't do hajj even though he has everything he needs to do it, it doesn't matter if he dies as a Jew or a Christian. The Hadith is very important for understanding the place of this pillar of Islam because it says that if a Muslim dies without doing hajj, it doesn't matter as much as if he or she died as a Jew or a Christian, even though it is against the law to call a Muslim a non-Muslim under any circumstances. Allah made the hajj a very important duty for Muslims, and it is the fifth most important thing in Islam. In the Quran, Allah wrote a lot about how important Hajj is. He Almighty said:

"We have put the sanctuary in the Kabah, which is an important place for the people and a safe place. You can use the shrine of Ibrahim as a place to pray. We told Ibrahim and Ismail, "You must clean up My house for everyone who comes to visit, stays there, or bows and prostrates." Allah SWT said in Hadith Qudsi that:

"Any of my slaves who is healthy and has money but hasn't been to My House (Kabah) in the last five years is poor." He (the Prophet) said:

"Hajj should be done quickly, because no one knows what could stop him." Hajj can only be done once a year between certain dates and times. If you miss it, you have to wait until the next year. The Prophet of Allah said this about the obligation of Hajj:

"O people! Allah has made it important for you to do the Hajj. Then you should do it."

When a person meets one of the following requirements, they have to go on the Hajj. Allah put these rules in place, and every Muslim must follow them. Here are the rules:

When a person's conditions are met, he or she must go on Hajj right away. It's better to do it in one year, and if that doesn't work, it must be done the next year. Putting it off without a good reason is a grave sin.

As soon as a pilgrimage becomes required, it is important to make all the plans for it so that all the rituals can be done on time.

If a boy goes to Hajj and reaches adulthood before putting on the Ihram at Meqat, his Hajj is valid as Hajjatul Islam. If he reaches adulthood after putting on the Ihram, he should finish the Hajj before staying at Muzdalifah.

If someone doesn't find out until after the Hajj that they've reached puberty, but they still do the Hajj as a voluntary pilgrimage, it will be counted as an obligatory one.

Even if a crazy person meets all the requirements and has enough money, they don't have to go on Hajj. However, if they get better during Hajj and are able to do all the rituals, then they have to go on Hajj.

It is important for the pilgrims to have enough time to make the holy trip to Makkah and stay there during the Hajj ceremonies. Even if you have enough money but not enough time to make the trip, stay, and do the hajj rituals, you can move your pilgrimage to the next year.

If someone has a lot of property in their home country that could be lost or destroyed if they went on pilgrimage, they don't have to go on the Holy Journey. In the same way, the hajj is not required if you have to do something more important, like save someone from drowning. In these situations, you can put off your pilgrimage, but that doesn't mean you don't have to go. When you have enough time and money, you will have to go on the sacred journey.

One must have enough money or resources to pay for all of the costs of the Hajj, such as food, lodging, travel, transportation, stay, and so on. There should be enough money to pay for everything, and you can't borrow money to pay for hajj costs. Your sources of money must also be legal.

Every Muslim wants to do hajj as much as possible, but if they have property set aside for hajj but can't find a buyer willing to pay the real value, they don't have to sell it right away. Instead, they can put off their pilgrimage.

A pilgrim must be able to leave enough for his family when he goes on the holy journey. If he has enough for the hajj but nothing left for his family, he can put off going on the holy journey.
