Fildena 100 is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men.

Sildenafil is rapidly absorbed. Maximum observed plasma concentrations are reached within 30 to 120 minutes (median 60 minutes) of oral dosing in the fasted state. When sildenafil and doxazosin were given to achieve simultaneous tmax, there was no significant difference in the rate of absorption of these two drugs.
