1) Use the scale on a hard, flat, flat surface. Inconsistent and soft surfaces can lead to inaccurate measurements.
2) Make sure the scale is on a stable, vibration-free surface. If the scale displays an unstable or "UnSt" error message, move the scale to a stable surface before use.
3) Bath scales may not work properly on carpets. Make sure to place the bathroom scale on a flat, level, and hard surface.
4) The digital scale is not waterproof. Avoid exposure to moisture and immersion in any liquid. To clean the digital scale, wipe it with a damp cloth. If necessary, use regular dish soap to ensure surface hygiene.
5) Avoid rough handling, shaking, and vibration. This activity can damage sensitive electronics and load cells.
6) The touch-sensitive scale may not work properly if you press too hard on the controls.
Digital scales are designed to operate at room temperature. Digital scales can appear sluggish, and inaccurate, and their displays may not function properly in cold temperatures.
7) The display of the scale may be affected by electromagnetic interference, such as working near a radio or microwave oven. If this happens, switch off the balance, move it away from the source of interference, and switch the balance back on.
8) Low battery power will affect the normal function of the digital scale. When the low battery indicator is displayed on the LCD, replace the balance's battery.
9) Overloading a scale beyond its maximum capacity can damage sensitive load cells. Damage caused by overloading the scale is not covered by the warranty.
10) Do not disassemble or tamper with the digital scale; it may damage the scale and void the warranty.
