Mary, a Primary School Teacher, and Matt, a Quantity Surveyor celebrated their marriage on the 14 July 2018, having a ceremony held at, Warley in Brentwood, Essex along with a reception at Stubbers Adventure Centre, near Mary and Matt's respective homes, as well as where Mary had worked for several years.

"It would be a special spot for our family…We wanted it to be simple and elegant but for the venue to talk for itself. Our service would be a Christian service led by our dads (who're both vicars!)"

I love the natural arrangements of white roses along with other neutral blooms olive branches, eucalyptus along with other foliage that Mary and her bridesmaids carried.

"Liz was pleased to help from the start and said yes to the crazy ideas! She is easy to speak with and we loved her ideas. I always wanted as white as you possibly can flower and that we chose the wild green foliage to choose the venue."

With that desire to keep things simple in her mind, Mary decided on a minimalist bias-cut gown, which she chose in Edinburgh. The dress also featured exquisite beaded embellishment around the low scoop back – just lovely!

"It opted for the theme of simple elegance, wasn't too fussy and I think it suited my body system shape!"

The bridesmaids wore pretty wrap maxi boho bridesmaid dresses inside a delicate shade of dove grey, that they all teamed using their shoes and jewelry.

"We originally met at church as Matt recognized my Essex accent! Then we were friends for a few years before dating. We became engaged in October 2017 and married in July 2018."

In the musical piece Arrival Of The Birds by Cinematic Orchestra, Mary was accompanied on the church aisle by her dad, meeting Matt, who looked handsome inside a navy blue three-piece suit from having a printed tie and pocket square from The groomsmen wore matching ties with suits from.

The ceremony was led by the Church of England vicar, Rev. John Dunnett, and Mary and Matt decided to say traditional vows one to the other.

These wonderfully light and bright images are by, nobody captured the spirit of Mary and Matt's day.

"We were impressed the entire way with the process in our wedding using their help, guidance, and also the final product! Sam was discreet and captured plenty of natural photos, that is exactly what we wanted. The photos are bright and happy, and we can't wait to print them!"

The reception marquee at The Walled Garden was decorated with strings of festoon lighting, as well as an array of fantastic greenery hoops, which had been made by Matt's dad and were decorated by florist Liz. I just love them hanging in the ceiling canopy – stylish, fresh, and modern.

Mary and Matt's wedding cake would be a towering three-tier pink ombre creation by a classic school friend of Mary's – Jess, decorated with fresh and pretty roses and hydrangea blooms.

"Our favorite little bit of the day has to be the speeches and also the evening party, once we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves but we enjoyed everything!"

And what an amazing evening party it looked to become! First of all Mary and Matt enjoyed an initial dance together like a newly married couple, choosing Signed, Sealed, Delivered, performed by their live band of choice.

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"Take time to become engaged before trying to plan everything."
