Ben Stokes' presence in Mumbai a couple of days ago raised widespread curiosity and speculation, with some social media posts even linking him to the Mumbai Indians franchise, as well as, for business related to the summer tour of England by the Indian team. There were even hints that he might join the franchise in the ongoing season.
The talk linking Stokes with the MI is untrue unmistakably as the England Test skipper cannot be part of the IPL in the current cycle as he did not enroll for the mega-auction.
