Once the fights are completed after which you'll earn rank points and RuneScape Gold reward points when you win a battle (1v1 fight or tournament) that the game arranges for you. While you will be able create tournaments and duels manually, these won't reward those points.

As part of the effort to cut down on RMT and improve the user experience all rewards that aren't cosmetic will only be available in PvP enabled areas. You will not be able to attack anything but other players using them, either. Some of these rewards cannot be traded, whereas you'd hope they'd be exchangeable. This is a deliberate move to make it less appealing to RMT spammers and scammers searching for goods.
