To make Diablo 2: Resurrected play more like a modern ARPG, the PC version of the game gained an active skill binding bar. It also gained a public beta area where players can test upcoming changes. Players can use up to 12 buttons on the console, which instantly execute whatever abilities are mapped to them.

In the original Diablo II, players could only use the left and right mouse buttons to perform skills. Players can switch between abilities via different key bindings, but the actual activation of Diablo 2 Resurrected Runes abilities must be done using the left and right mouse buttons. That's about to change soon, and Blizzard will soon offer players a choice between the two styles.

With the release of Patch 2.3, players can enable active skill binding bars, which display an additional skill bar above the standard HUD. Players can map up to 16 skills this way, and if they choose to enable the Quick Cast Skills option, pressing those buttons will instantly use those skills. It's a big change for the game, but it should make Diablo 2: Resurrected feel more modern while still staying true to the game's many other qualities. Other updates in patch 2.3 include an offline mode for console players, who will be able to manually increase the difficulty of the game as if up to 8 additional players were present.

The next update to Diablo 2 will also bring various graphics, audio and UI improvements. Blizzard announced that Diablo 2: Resurrected's PTR will initially focus on fixing the database and server issues that have plagued the game since its release. By the way, MMOWTS provides the fastest delivery speed on the market, and more than 95% of  Diablo 2 Resurrected Items orders are completed within 15 minutes to minimize the impact on players' game progress.
