Well, I personally cut for about one hour per day, and RS gold I was able to get from 80 to 99 in around three months. You'll be playing a lot though, so within 26-35 days. Sorry, but I don't believe this though I'm only 91. woodcutting, however I measured myself for an hour without going afk and I got around 77.5k.... according to your table. I should be able to have gotten 93k. .... Also, this was done with a dragon hatchet...

These are averages. The most I can attain, and I'm never afk, is 60k exp an hour. In other times, I've got around 103k Exp an hour. Ivies are 75k Exp/hr and 80k is a bit high. 3-4 weeks is a reasonable estimate based on your pace. If you are bored, you are able to do Stealing Creation for Hatchets which provides double ex. In regards to the firemaking issue the average amount of logs burned for an hour of 1000. Thus, it would require 100 hours or less.

I actually got my fire cape back today and I'll share two tips. Beginning with equipment and inv 100 diamond (e) bolts for Jad. 1 ranging potion. You can only two doses before jad, or all 4 in jad. 10 brews. 15 super restores. 1st Enchanted Excalibur.

Bring 1k broads. You'll only need 500-700. Switch your helm to either veracs or neitiznot. Legs can be prossy or verac. Boots to either rune, or dragon. Now as far as strategy goes, getting the 180's either on the 360's or 45's is the main goal.

The other one is killing the 90's. 360's and the 45's should always be the last ones. Do your best to stop the 22's the earliest possible since they are draining prayer. The most difficult waves are 53-60 that's when the 360/180/90 trio comes out. It is important to first find the 90 and go behind it, kill it and run around the 360, or to either to the dragon/italy rock, and then trap the 180 whilst killing the 360.

Once you've got to jad, brew/sup until you have complete stats and a ranging pot, and switch on the range prayer. If he strikes you, your first priority is to see which attack you're facing next. You should be sure to only brew/sup/range prayer switches. In the case of healers, you should be praying for eagle eye/steel skin, and you either tank them or kill them one at a time. The latter is easier when it comes to time but potentially more dangerous. Best of luck.

For stats I'd suggest 85 Attack and Strength and 80 Defense. You could go with smaller stats but it's inefficient to have slow kills/not lots of kills in one trip. It would be nice to get Eadgars Ruse done, just because it's an easier way to get to GWD. I'd also recommend having the Summoning level for at least a War Tortoise, to store items.

I tried to keep the armour so it's not too costly, for example a Divine Spirit Shield would be the ideal shield but not everyone can even afford it. I hope this helps, if you'd like to have old school runescape buy gold an inventory, just make a request. Usually , it's not that difficult to determine the right answer.
