● 1 big Onion chopped

● 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper

● 950 ml canned rinsed White Hominy
● 850 ml cooked Pork Broth
● 2 teaspoon diced Green Chillies
● A pinch of Salt (according to taste)
● 3 stemmed seeded Ancho Chillies
