In an MMORPG as old as World of Warcraft, it isn't unusal to see older textures, props, or background items receive passes occasionally to improve quality and resolution as technology continues to improve. What may be a bit more on the unusual side though is altering these usually small background items or flat out replacing them years and years after they were implemented. To get more news about buy wow gold paypal, you can visit lootwowgold official website.

As WoWHead reports, the latest Patch 9.1.5 build on the PTR saw some small changes to paintings in the background since Vanilla. Specifically, two paintings (one located in Ravenholdt and the other located in Stormwind's SI:7) received some modifications...with one being so heavily modified it was just replaced outright. The changes certainly tone down any sense of overt sexuality that the paintings may have previously invoked and while we have reported on other changes Blizzard has made (and is making) to World of Warcraft in light of recent accusations, these seem so small on the list that I personally am not sure what the point here is so far.

Changing these paintings, whether you agree with the changes or not, just seems weird in light of the tools still available in character creation, NPCs in the game, and hell, even the warlock Succubus that still gives itself a slap on the thigh to get revved up.

Whether these are just easy, quick changes on a longer "wish list" of things to update or if these are part of the effort to rebrand themselves a little, it would probably be better for Blizzard to be making systemic company changes rather than try to cover up the past with bowls of fruit.
