Matson will provide a guaranteed delivery date to eligible shipments moving in our China-Long Beach Express Service and tendered under the Guaranteed Expedited Service (GES) option. If a guaranteed shipment is not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date, Matson will automatically refund the agreed upon percentage of the freight charges, excluding fuel surcharges and accessorial charges.
