This is just what I needed. I've omitted the raid icon line, to avoid having to be required to change the macro every time WOW TBC Gold I'm with a tank who has it marked square or whatever however it's good to have the syntax in place in case I need to incorporate it into. Thank you so much!

This is a common "I have played WoW since I was a young child and my mother was feeding me some gerber mushi" intro to this article. It goes much deeper than WoW. I have played GW2, LOTRO, SWTOR, WHO as well as every other acronym related to an MMORPG. In all of these games capital cities were simply the place I waited for my group of friends to form to go out and for a blast.

FFXIV brought me to admiring the actions of people around you. To get a place with the redcoats (malestrom I think) I jogged from Limsa. I am not sure why I began in Limsa, but they are my obligated choice. and as I loaded into the plaza, I could hear an old song. It was a familiar tune that I wasn't able to recognize at first, but I knew bards could play instruments to earn to be a class-friendly favor. I didn't realize that bards could get an electric guitar to play Enter Sandman from Metallica.

And there I was for about 15 minutes while the dude played his entire set. Metallica, Nirvana, some other classic rock I couldn't tell you off off the top of my head but we were sure to hear on the radio. What's that? The world's most vile Lala has ever seen. What's the deal? It's a M.Bison cosplay glamour. Do these people simply stand in the square, doing different poses to show off their beauty? What's the emote? where can I purchase it? This minion is adorable. What is it? You get it from an investigation!? No!

There was some Incredible Hulk lookin dude giving a circle of sprouts a craft class by the elevator to the Wench. Another musician was playing EDM-style nonsense on a Harp, with cat girls waving glowsticks.

I was surrounded by lots of player-driven, made by players, and loved content. They were not visiting Limsa to buy a few items and to get to their next grind in search of an unbeatable BiS or an uncommon mount. They were just doing what they like in the game with others who are also enjoying doing those things.

To FFXIV players: I'm not trying to hype this up to increase karma for farming. WoW does not allow for this. The closest thing to this that I've had in the last six years in WoW was to walk around cities, in a circle with 20 other players sharing the same mount. Cities are used for selling, auctions, and waiting for WoW. There is no one who talks, let alone has cheap WOW Burning Crusade Classic Gold concerts or gives crafting instruction to beginners. You won't usually get a response when you ask a player to make an appearance for an item.
