Seung-ho Baek, whose team was relegated to the third division, is receiving interest from teams in the second division.

"Blackburn Rovers manager John Eustace wants to sign Birmingham midfielder Baek Seung-ho, according to reporter Alan Nixon," reported 'Inside Football' on June 23 (KST). 

Baek Seung-ho, along with Lee Seung-woo and Jang Heung-hee, was highly touted by Barcelona's youth system. However, due to disciplinary issues at the club, he was unable to play at a time when he should have been playing and developing. He also played domestically. In 2021, Baek Seung-ho moved to Jeonbuk Hyundai in the K League 1 to take on a new challenge. After gradually improving his form, Baek became the centerpiece of Jeonbuk's midfield and won a gold medal at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou. He then pushed for a move to Birmingham this winter.
