Rim races finale at long last

Gustavo Pedroza claimed the individual pro title with a second place finish in the fourth race. Pedroza was the overall point leader heading into the final of the four race series.
Bronson Voss finished second followed by Bear Valley Bikes riders Stuart Gonzalez in third and Romolo Forcino in fourth.
Lesley Paterson of LIV/Enve won the womens pro title after winning three of the four races including the finale. Sandy Grimes of Bear Valley Bikes was second, and Michele McClure of SC Velo finished third.
Cooler temperatures greeted racers Sunday morning making for a great day of racing, according to Bev Brown, race director.
As the Rim Nordic MTB cross country series reaches a conclustion in 2020, the Rim Nordic Bike Park closes for the season. During the winter months, the venue is home to cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
