I'm probably going to purchase madden 21... maybe not the mvp version. Mut as a concept sickens me. And cheap Madden 21 coins I refuse to pay cash for. But I'm in a multi year franchise group that is friendly and very active. I enjoy the friendships its own created in my entire life and we all do want to change and keep the leagues going. I really wish they'd improve franchise mode. It is so disappointing that EA believes people who want an franchise style are clowns. And that just demonstrates to me about providing a fun sport, that they dont care, they just want money. I haven't played Madden online to understand - is there any approach to report folks? On NHL, my friends and I play the EASHL mode pretty much exclusively (each of you control a specific player), and with no in-game report option you're constantly seeing"Nick Gurr" along with several other childish, racist player and group names. But now they have a message about equality and the way they're trying harder now you need to click through so I guess everything is supposed to be fine.

They are not doing anything however. They simply released a statement filled with empty rhetoric. You know what doing some thing is? Not making yet another Madden game since the NFL penalized players for taking a knee like Kaepernick. That would be remarkable. But we know that's not what's going to occur. The fact that folks here are really acting like this can be a gesture is fucking baffling. EA literally moved out of its way to wash his name out of their Madden NFL two decades but this thread is making it look like they've donated millions.

Wait, why don't you? If a friend of mine hurt me and then made an attempt to be nice I would need to tell them I appreciate their efforts. Positive reinforcement is a good thing. It helps people behave better, who is to say it can not create a company behave too? If EA derived no benefits from"doing the bare minimum of human decency" then they would not do the bare minimum. It's worth rewarding them for it just like it is worth rewarding a problem child for doing their best. EA (and people in general) should not encourage black individuals for any reason beyond the fact that it's the right thing to do. Benefits come from behavior that is good, you should not be on good behavior for those benefits.

After I visit EA contribute to the causes or implement initiatives to help out black programmers or things of that sort, then I will praise them. We stop letting companies off the hook and just should demand a higher standard. I which cancel civilization is largely poor and individuals should be encouraged to change and improve. But we should not allow ourselves to be played by companies who are, at the end of the afternoon, looking to remove all barriers. False promises too many times've stung me.

This is really where I see this argument. Corporations aren't people, they do not have some ethical instincts that are built-in. If they behave, it is because they benefit, there is no reason. Either because there's pressure from their employees to behave in ways consistent with the morals and beliefs of the employees, or external pressure from governments or consumers. "Everyone should only do the right thing" is a naive expectation. And I feel that is true even for individuals too: if you want a person to act in a moral way the ideal way to do that's to give them the ideal incentives and rewards to create behaving morally the greatest and buy Mut 21 coins most attractive option for them. Your society will be unstable, if you do not then.
