Drop them off in Taverly. Possessing a crier nearby and at every city they see that shouts useful info. The heralds could say things such as"Want to learn how to fight well? Visit the combat academy in Lumbridge" or"Want to delve into your first dungeon to reap great rewards? Head over RuneScape gold to Gunnar's Earth!" Engaging a crier could bring up a listing of'tell me more' options in addition to the option to get a 1 time teleport to target places. With a herald in every town the new Runescape player of their own volition could hop around to the in place tutorial content as they see fit or ignore it.

But don't force them and drop trails that hey do not understand how to eliminate. Let them have fun and run around like a chicken with it's head cut off. Give them the knowledge and tools of those. But let's explore and find out things. You do not teach a child to drive a vehicle by grabbing the wheel and keeping your foot over the brake. The Ui is a complete and utter mess. I get confused. After 15 years I have difficulty understanding of the pop ups and such and finding options. Another" issue" is that they are constantly messing with all the ui and they're never really great. There have been times theyve done this multiple times in one calendar year. I never have sufficient time to develop muscle memory and these or understand where setting and choices are since they are constantly changing menus.

Until I discovered here on reddit that when you click the option"empty to bank" from the bank port, it sends it to a ore stash in artisans workshop. Which did happen to my understanding. They expect everyone to read every article, watch every flow, read every patch notes to comprehend what's happening. And I am still on reddit, on youtube trying to figure out what's just as much as I'm playing Runescape game. And this is within a year of game time, well after 15 decades. I am lost at times if I even take a couple of month break.

I've recently been getting my feet wet on EoC after about two decades of straight Legacy play (and three and a half years back during Runescape game's golden days, but that's not really relevant), and something that scares me for brand new Runescape players coming in is how bad the default EoC interface is for finding stuff. You can customize it to your liking and that's great, however, the first reaction of a seasoned Runescape player shouldn't be"where the hell did a lot of my choices go?". If it's that bad for me, I can not even imagine what it's like for a new Runescape participant learning the ropes.
