Ulysse Nardin Freak One Ops
Ulysse Nardin’s futuristic watch Freak debuts with the military-color themed Ops watch.
Freak One Ops, presented to watch enthusiasts 22 years after the launch of the Freak One watch without dial, crown, hour and minute hands, is an example of how far Ulysse Nardin has taken the revolutionary watch theme model.
Featuring a 44mm diameter black DLC-coated titanium case and carbon alloy bezel, the Freak One Ops is designed and crafted to perfectly blend fine watchmaking and military themes. The case thickness of the watch is 12 mm and can be adjusted by turning the bezel. It's physically impossible for me to talk about the dial structure. There are no hour and minute hands. Instead, the bridges and bridges connecting the movement rotate and tell the time!
The watch features a sapphire crystal and is water-resistant to only 30 meters. The relatively low water resistance of this sports watch is due to its rather complex bezel/back/movement connection.
229 parts/15 jewels, UN 240 automatic movement, 21,600 vibrations per hour, power reserve 96 hours. Manual winding of the movement is accomplished by turning the case.
This model is available with a choice of khaki green and black “ballistic” rubber or two-tone rubber straps, and a DLC-coated titanium ceramic folding clasp.
