For the first-time Velop setup or due to some technical glitches, you might experience problems during the setup. The Velop’s network might not appear in the device’s wireless network list or your device might not be able to connect. The other case can be the setup portal is not accessible to you as it has bugs from its back end. So, to resolve them, check the Velop’s power socket connectivity, if that is getting a proper power supply or not. If it is not, then plug it again into another power socket, and its network will start appearing in the list as a result. But, if the web setup portal has errors, then use the Linksys Vlop setup app method. If still, you are facing an unrecognizable issue, then reset the velop to make it in the factory default state. Lastly, try repeating the same process from scratch.
